Q. Is your storage under cover?
A. Yes we have containers and caravans! We do have limited outdoor storage too!
Q. What are your opening hours?
A. The storage facility is open from 7am until 7pm, 7 days a week.
Winter Hours 7am-5pm
Q. What happens if I’m running late? What can I do?
A. No problem, call us on 01837 82340 and we will delay locking up until you arrive.
Q. What are your payment terms? Can I spread the cost?
A. Yes, you can pay either monthly, quarterly, biannually or yearly. There is no extra charge for paying in instalments.
Q. How do I pay you for the storage?
A. Payment can be made by standing order, cash or cheque.
Q. What about insurance?
A. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance for the item/s you are storing. If the item/s are already insured, you should be able to transfer the policy to our location.
Q. How much notice do you require when I wish to stop using your storage service?
A. A notice period of 1 month is required.
Q. Do you offer a discount for multiple units?
A. Yes, we can discuss your requirements and a discount can be given.
